The services include IT infrastructure security analysis, provided only after the scope of work has been agreed and the Client's identity and authorization have been confirmed.
1. No scanning activity is performed without prior contact and confirmation of the scope of work with the Client.
2. The Client is required to document their right to manage the specified domain, server, or infrastructure.
3. Scanning third-party infrastructure without the owner's consent is never performed.
1. The service is diagnostic in nature.
2. The Contractor is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized actions by third parties.
3. The Contractor is not liable for consequences resulting from a failure to implement recommendations.
1. Fees are determined according to the selected package.
2. If no vulnerabilities of significant risk level are detected,
no fee is charged for the Basic and Business packages.
1. The Client declares that they hold the right to commission security testing of the specified infrastructure.
2. Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
