The service consists of continuous monitoring of the availability and performance of the specified IT infrastructure, including servers, websites, network services, and SSL certificates, according to the selected subscription package.
1. The service is activated after the Contractor confirms the request by email.
2. The Client is required to document their right to manage the specified domain,
server, or infrastructure.
3. Monitoring of third-party infrastructure without the owner's consent is never performed.
1. Notifications about detected problems are sent to the email address provided in the request.
2. The Contractor is not liable for undelivered alerts caused
by issues on the side of the Client's email provider.
3. The scope of alerts depends on the selected subscription package.
1. The service is informational and diagnostic in nature.
2. The Contractor is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the monitored infrastructure.
3. The Contractor is not liable for damages resulting from the Client's failure to respond to received alerts.
1. Fees are determined according to the selected subscription package.
2. The FREE package is free of charge and may be limited or withdrawn by the Contractor
with 14 days' notice.
3. Paid packages are billed monthly in advance, based on an issued invoice.
1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice.
2. Termination is made by email to [email protected].
1. The Client declares that they hold the right to manage the specified infrastructure.
2. Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
